“constel.lations” is a project I made for a friend during the co-vid 19 quarantine. We too played the piano specially during that days so I decided to make for her a kind of collage sheet music book passing by different emotional states with the purpose to make her feel closer while we couldn’t see each other.
I collected some of the melodies we both play, poems we shared, quotes of book we’ve both read, paintings, photos we made and more. 

The book starts with a state of romanticism, melodies that try to evoke the mystery of life, but in a luminous way. Then it starts to go darker, trying to explain things that seem difficult and frustrating, evolving to a state of absolut apathy.  And then it comes the “Top of the Morning”, an epic melody that evokes a luminous fight, reminding that we can’t loose our relationship with the conflict. Then it comes a state of celebration of life, the wonder of little things around us, evolving to more minimalistic and intimate melodies. Here I share some of the pages that contain the book.
